Shipping

SHIPPING

We ship both locally and worldwide. All orders take 5-6 business days to be crafted. 

For US and Canada orders:

A) Regular Shipping: FREE COST. Estimated 4-5 business days delivery to your door. 

B) Expedited Shipping: EXTRA FEE2-3 business days delivery to your door.

For international orders:

Shipping can take 14-15 business days. Please order ahead and account for delay times (such as customs processing or extreme weather conditions). Shipping time may vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

SHIPPING COST

All orders come with FREE SHIPPING. Full price will be displayed at checkout (including additional fees, if any).

Designing, Building, and Customizing Neon Signs

We offer a huge range of magnificently and colorfully lit signage, such as:

  • Store or Retail Signs
  • Business Signs or Logos
  • Multicolor and RGB Switching Color Signs
  • Wedding Signs
  • Party or Event Signs
  • Personal Name Signs
  • Customized Unique Artwork

 

To create a custom neon sign:

  1. Go to our Neon Customizer page - NEON GODS ONLINE CUSTOMIZER 
  2. Choose the desired option. For custom text signs, choose "Create Custom Text Sign."
  3. Select the "Text" button. This will open a small square field below where you can enter your desired letter, word, sentence/s. 
  4. After typing, click the forward right arrow. This brings you to the "Choose a font, colour, size" selector. 
  5. As an added bonus, you can select a different sample backdrop for your custom logo. This can be done by clicking the image selector within the Image Preview window.

Return and Refund

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.  

  • All damages must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery of your neon sign. We recommend to our customers that they open their Custom Neon Go packages as soon as possible after delivery. Any issues or damages mentioned after the assigned 7-day period will not be covered. 
  • The definite resolution for faulty items, including refunds for the amount of the product and/or shipping, is on a case by case basis. This is at the sole discretion of NEON GODS.
  • In the scenario that your custom sign was damaged (likely during transit), and you are within the 7-day period, please email our team at support@neongods.com with the following:
  1. The email subject "Returns." On the email's body, please include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
  2. Clear PICTURE AND VIDEO of the sign's damage or issue.
  3. Clear picture of the product packaging and any damages to the outer box. 
  4. Clear picture of the shipping label attached to the box.

*Please note, we require a photo and video of the faulty product and its issues for diagnostic purposes. If you are unable to include the required elements, our capability to remedy the specific problem will be very limited.

  • NEON GODS will provide the customer with instructions where to send the items for return. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When a returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the full/partial refund, replacement, etc (whenever or whichever is appropriate). Please note, the item may be returned to the customer if there is no actual issue found on the product. 
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
